MEET THE TEAM

Has 10 years of law enforcement experience and has spent his career working various assignments. Jose is currently a full-time peace officer with a law enforcement agency in California assigned to a specialty team. Jose has been certified by California Peace Officer Standard and Training (POST) as a certified law enforcement trainer.

Jose has been an instructor for almost ten years with numerous certifications from POST, Taser International, Sig Sauer, Safariland Group. Some of those certifications are Firearms Instructor, Rifle Instructor, Mobile Field Force Instructor, Less Lethal Instructor, Pistol Red Dot Instructor, etc. Jose enjoys teaching and much like his training cadre below, he is always a student attending other courses and evolving world of firearms training.

Is a husband, a father and has 14 years of experience as a law enforcement officer working for departments on the east coast and west coast. 12 of those years he was serving as a firearms instructor working with civilians and law enforcement alike. He has helped develop firearms curriculum and training for university students/faculty/staff, church security teams, and law enforcement personnel. He currently holds numerous POST instructor certifications as well as NRA Police Handgun/Shotgun Instructor. Josh is also owner of Guardian Dynamics, LLC

Has 20+ years of law enforcement experience. He is a California P.O.S.T. approved instructor in pistol, rifle, and shotgun. As well as an NRA Law Enforcement Handgun instructor. For the last 17 years, he has trained civilians and law enforcement alike. As a constant student of firearms, Jared is open to the evolving world of firearms training. He has competed on his department's pistol team in Police Pistol Combat (PPC) and was the team captain for 4 years. In his off time, he enjoys shooting Steel Challenge and spending time with his family.
